Surface Preparation

Dry and clean

Ensure the surface is free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, or any substance that could affect bonding. Clean using a wire brush or water jet. Avoid dampness, leakage, or fungus.

Roughness

Ensure the surface is rough and stable. Moisten the surface with cement & water slurry and repair any weak spots with curing-free RMP before plastering.

Evenness

Level the surface for uniform application.

Application Thickness & Curing

Apply in layers:

  • Coat: Mix 5–6 litres of water with 40kg of Curing-free RMP. Apply 10–12 mm thickness.

Mixing Instructions:

  • Gradually add powder to water to minimize lumps and achieve a smooth consistency. Use a drill mixer or paddle mixer for uniformity. Mix enough plaster within 45–60 minutes to maintain plasticity.

Application:

  • Apply the mix with sufficient force, just like traditional plaster, for proper adhesion. Level the surface for a smooth finish.

Curing:

  • No Curing is required after the application.
  • Use safety gloves, goggles, and dust masks during handling.
  • Avoid inhaling the mix or contact with your eyes.
  • Keep the area dust-free and wash hands thoroughly after use.
  • In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
  • Follow all application instructions for surface preparation and mixing.
  • Mix in batches that can be used within 45 minutes.
  • Ensure the wall is not too dry or too moist before application.
  • Protect freshly plastered surfaces for 8 hours to prevent cracking.
  • Do not reuse mixed plaster or add water to a set mixture.
  • Avoid mixing materials from different batches.

Shelf Life

  • 12 months from the date of sealed packaging.

Storage Recommendations:

  • Store in a cool, dry, moisture-free area.
  • Keep bags sealed to prevent air exposure.
  • Avoid using sharp objects or dragging bags during unloading.
