Cemecoplast Pumpable is a high-performance, curing-free ready mix plaster, specially engineered for machine plastering applications. It is a proprietary blend of select minerals and performance-enhancing additives designed to optimise the consistency and flow of plaster for smooth and efficient pumping and application.

Surface Preparation

Dry and clean

Ensure the surface is free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, or any substance that could affect bonding. Clean using a wire brush or water jet. Avoid dampness, leakage, or fungus.

Roughness

Ensure the surface is rough and stable. repair any weak spots with curing-free RMP before plastering

Evenness

Level the surface for uniform application.

Guidelines For Ideal Results
  • Follow all application instructions for surface preparation and mixing
  • Mix in batches that can be used within 45 minutes.
  • Ensure the wall is not too dry or too moist before application.
  • Protect freshly plastered surfaces for 8 hours to prevent cracking.
  • Do not reuse mixed plaster or add water to a set mixture.
  • Avoid mixing materials from different batches.
  • Use safety gloves, goggles, and dust masks during handling.
  • Avoid inhaling the mix or contact with your eyes.
  • Keep the area dust-free and wash hands thoroughly after use.
  • In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.

Apply in layers:

  • Coat: Mix 4–5 liters of water with 40kg of Curing-free (Pumpable) RMP. Apply 10–12 mm thickness.

Mixing Instructions:

  • Gradually add powder to water to minimize lumps and achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Use a mixer for uniformity.
  • Mix enough plaster within 45–60 minutes to maintain plasticity.

Application:

  • Apply the mix with pumpable machine for proper adhesion.
  • Level the surface for a smooth finish.
  • No additional curing is required after application.
  • Cemecoplast (Pumpable) Ready-Mix Plaster is supplied in 40kg HDPE Laminated waterproof bags.

Shelf Life

  • 12 months from the date of sealed packaging.

Storage Recommendations:

  • Store in a cool, dry, moisture-free area.
  • Keep bags sealed to prevent air.
  • Avoid using sharp objects or dragging bags during unloading to prevent punctures.
