Limeplast Ready-Mix Plaster is a premium, eco-friendly plaster made from natural pozzolans and high-quality additives. Over time, Limeplast absorbs CO, enhancing its strength and durability for both interior and exterior surfaces. Its vibrant, long-lasting colours and smooth finish make it a superior alternative to traditional plasters.

This curing and shrinkage-free plaster comes in multiple colour options, such as grey, beige, yellow, brown, etc., providing flexibility for diverse aesthetic needs. Each batch is precision-blended in a controlled environment to ensure consistent quality and performance.

Surface Preparation

Dry and clean

Ensure the surface is pre-wetted with water and thoroughly cleaned of dust, dirt, oil, grease, or any substances hindering bonding. Use a wire brush for effective cleaning. Ensure the surface is free from leakage or fungal growth before proceeding.

Roughness

Ensure the surface is rough and stable. Moisten porous areas with clean water and repair any weak spots with Limeplast.

Evenness

Level the surface and repair cracks for uniform plaster thickness.

  • Follow all application instructions for surface preparation and mixing.
  • Mix in batches that can be used within 45 minutes.
  • Ensure the wall is not too dry or too moist before application.
  • Avoid handling freshly plastered surfaces for at least 8 hours to prevent cracking.
  • Do not reuse mixed plaster or add water to a set mixture.
  • Avoid mixing materials from different batches.
  • Use safety gloves, goggles, and dust masks during handling
  • Avoid inhaling the mix or contact with your eyes.
  • Keep the area dust-free, and wash hands thoroughly after use.
  • In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary

Apply in layers:

  • Base Coat : Mix 4–5 liters of water with 25kg of Limeplast.
  • Apply 10–12 mm thickness.
  • Top Coat: Apply 3–5 mm thickness.

Mixing Instructions:

  • Gradually add powder to water to minimise lumps and achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Use a drill mixer or paddle mixer for uniformity.
  • Mix enough plaster within 45–60 minutes to maintain plasticity.

Application:

  • Apply the mix with sufficient force, just like traditional plaster, for proper adhesion.
  • Level the surface for a smooth finish.
  • No additional curing is required after applying the final coat.
